FAQ

Yes, at this time we are accepting new clients for regular dog walks (minimum twice per week or 8x per month). We are also taking cat sitting clients. Overnight pet sitting available for regular clients only.

Are you accepting new clients?

Will I have the same dog walker every time?

We try to have consistency for your dog by having no more than 3-4 regular walkers assigned to you, however some days we may need to send a backup walker. All of our walkers are bonded/insured and trained by Nicole the owner.

Will I have an initial consultation?

Yes, we always do a meet and greet with you and your pet before the first visit!

Do you offer package rates?

Yes we offer package rates for people who use our services 3 or more times per week. Prices are listed in our Services & Rates section.

Will you keep a key to my house?

We ask all clients to keep a lockbox on site with a key for us to use and return after each walk. This is the safest way to ensure we can always get in the house and walk your pup!

How long are the walks?

We offer walks in the following increments: 15/20/30/45/60. We also offer 60 minute hikes where we pick your dog up and drive them to the closest hiking trail. Usually the hikes are with a small group of dogs but can be solo if you prefer that for your pup!

Do you send photos from the walk?

We actually use an App called Pet Check for sending pics and updates to you. Each client gets a QR code that we scan in and out of when we arrive and leave. You can see exactly when we get there, how long we walk for, where we walk, (GPS tracker), and when we drop off your pup. We always send cute pics and an update to ensure you that they’ve had a fun time and are home safe and sound!

Where do you offer your services?

All over the East side including: Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Mount Washington, Glassell Park, South Pasadena, El Sereno, Montecito Heights, Cypress Park, Hermon, Silverlake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, and East Hollywood.
